Our new favourite season to get married is now Winter after designing this gorgeous and romantic wedding for the beautiful loved up Ros and Dave!!!!
Ros and Dave recently celebrated their winter evening wedding at the stunning and rustic Merricks General Store. Ros let us go with the designs!!! We decided to celebrate winter and feature a really natural, lush and slightly rustic feel for the florals. We also wanted to reflect the idea of all the beautiful spring bulbs popping up from the vases and a warm, romantic mix of blossoms, David Austin roses and soft winter florals.
Ros’s bouquet featured white stocks, white roses, hellebores and silver spinning gum foliage, and her sister held a bouquet to reflect Ros’s design featuring apricot David Austin roses. We finished the girl’s bouquets off with rustic twines, ivory satin and pearl pins.
Dave’s buttonhole reflected the design of Ros’s bouquet, finished with white twine.
We filled Merricks General Store with over 200 candles in various shapes and sizes for the evening ceremony. So romantic!!!!!!
The reception florals featured apricot, white and blush tones with the bridal table featuring lush moss with bulb floral varieties, in a relaxed, eclectic and romantic style.
A huge congratulations to Ros and Dave!!! Such a wonderful, relaxed and gorgeous couple to work with!!!! We wish you a lifetime of happiness!!!
